Method 1
Find a domain registration service on the web (ICANN-Accredited Registrars list).
- Register a domain that you like.
- Add an MX record to the domain (do not forget to put a dot at the end — but some registrars may not require it). Not sure where the DNS panel is? See how to add an MX record for the popular registrars.
- Name / Host / Alias
- leave blank, or
@, or the name of your domain - Record Type
MX- TTL
86400(Time to Live — 24 hours)- Priority
1- Value / Answer / Destination / Target / Mail server

- Wait until the changes take effect (usually between 1 minute and 1 day).
- That's all. You can now use email with your own domain name on the site:

Method 2
- Register a domain that you like (ICANN-Accredited Registrars list).
- Email us with the subject “New Domain” at feedback
- Include in the email:
- The registrar site. (example: https://sitereg.site.com)
- User name. (example: username or user@site.com)
- Password. (example: Nfg6L43p)
- Domain name. (example: my-registered-domain.com)
And we set up the MX record for you.
Two things worth knowing

We only connect first-level domains. That means
your-domain.com — not mail.your-domain.com or any other sub-domain. Requests about second-level domains are left without an answer, so please do not wait for a reply on those.🕒
About timing. We set up requested domains as fast as we can, but this is not an automated service — sometimes there is simply no free time on our side, and the answer takes a while. The first method above does not depend on us at all: if you add the MX record yourself, the domain starts working as soon as DNS propagates.
What you get with your own domain
Once the MX record points here, every address on that domain works on this site — anything@your-domain.com, without registering each one. Open the main page, pick your domain in the drop-down, type any name, and the mail arrives here. A tidy way to use that is a separate address for every website — each one its own mailbox.
- The name is yours alone. On a shared domain someone else may open the same mailbox; on your own domain nobody can.
- It does not expire. A generated address lives while its domain is active on the service — and your domain is active as long as you renew it.
- You can leave whenever you want. The MX record is one line in your DNS. Change it and the mail goes back to any other provider — nothing here holds your domain.
What to expect
Two honest limitations, so there are no surprises:
- The site is built for receiving mail — codes, confirmations, notifications. It is not a mailbox you send letters from.
- Anyone who knows the address can open it here, exactly as with the shared domains. A private domain hides the address from strangers guessing names, it does not add a password.
